Refund policy

Returns

We have a no-return policy, which means we do not accept returns for accidental purchases or miss sizing so please be mindful of sizing when you order your items.

We apologize if this causes any inconvenience for our customers. 

Refunds

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged. You are allowed 14 days after reception to request a full refund. 

If any of the items in your order is defective or damaged you may email us at support@uglyworldsyndicate.com with photos and descriptive details and request a full refund or a new garment. 

If you are approved for a refund you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
